12月30日，上海第八批集中供地首日，宝山区BSP0-0801单元13A-01、02aA-04地块以31.1555亿元的底价成交，竞得人为苏中国金茂（00817.HK）旗下的苏州腾茂置业有限公司、上海杨行城市建设有限公司、上海宝冶集团有限公司组成的联合体。
出让文件显示，该地块位于宝山区杨行镇，出让面积为14.96万平方米，容积率为2.3。其中，13A-01地块规划为普通商品房，出让面积5.36万平方米；02aA-04地块规划为办公、餐饮旅馆业、商业用地，出让面积9.6万平方米。
