12月3日，携程集团正式开启客服申请提前返乡办公的政策，时间段为2025年1月1日至2025年2月28日，满足条件的一线客服员工，可以根据个人需求灵活选择返乡办公的时段，最长可申请两个月。值得注意的是，较今年5月官宣的最长一个半月混合办公时长，该福利政策在实际开启时又进行了“加长”，从新年一直持续到2月底。
