11月30日，三亚市政府与中国中化股份有限公司在三亚签署战略合作协议。根据协议，双方将紧抓海南自由贸易港建设机遇，围绕种业创新、跨境金融、城市建设运营、产业金融等领域开展合作。签约仪式上，双方还签署了中化财资中心项目合作协议，该项目将落地三亚崖州湾科技城。
