财联社9月30日电，据自然资源部消息，今年第18号台风“山陀儿”，今天（9月30日）凌晨加强为超强台风级， 预计“山陀儿”将以每小时10公里左右的速度向西偏北转偏北方向移动，强度还将有所加强。对此，国家海洋预报台根据《海洋灾害应急预案》将海浪警报升级为橙色。
