马达加斯加总统府粮食主权国务秘书拉扎纳马海法日前接受新华社记者专访时说，中国是非洲的真伙伴，马中两国在农业，尤其是杂交水稻领域的深入合作，让马达加斯加有信心实现本国粮食自给自足，并实现国家振兴。
