2024年4月9日，广和通(300638.SZ)公告，公司于近日收到公司控股股东、实际控制人张天瑜先生有关部分股份质押办理延期购回业务的通知，本次质押延期购回数量约1197万股。
截至公告披露日，张天瑜先生直接持有公司股份281,512,495股，占公司总股本的36.76%。其所持公司股份累计被质押62,973,159股，占公司总股本的8.22% 。
