据市场监管总局网站消息，珠海格力集团有限公司与北京百度网讯科技有限公司新设合营企业案进入公示期，公示期为2024年3月15日至2024年3月24日。据悉，合营企业主要从事智能制造、智慧园区、数字政府方面的数字化解决方案服务。本次交易后，格力集团和百度网讯分别持有合营企业55%和45%的股权，共同控制合营企业。
