北京时间10月9日，带领中国男子水球队在亚运会夺得银牌的黑山籍教练Petar Porobic，突发心脏病去世，享年67岁。
Petar Porobic教练与中国运动员最后的合影，是在10月7日的亚运会领奖台上；2017年至2021年，他先后担任中国男子和女子水球队教练，随后在2021年10月他接手担任德国男子水球队教练，2022年他再度回归担任中国男子水球队教练。
