截至2023年5月31日止5个月，集团已取得物业合同销售总额人民币87.64亿元，同比减少为20.8%;总合同销售建筑面积125.96万平方米，同比减少为14.6%;每平方米平均销售价格为人民币6958元，同比减少为7.3%。
