2023年4月19日，驻马店市汝南县举行“天中麦客”跨区出征仪式，在接下来近7个月的时间里，“麦客”们将一路由南至北跨越20多个省市，为全国千家万户粮食颗粒归仓不辞劳苦，全力叫响“天中麦客，收获全国”知名品牌，为保障国家粮食安全和全面推进乡村振兴作出积极贡献。
