老安，原名安述会，1965年生于黄海岸边江苏连云港，渔民画家，现为江苏渔民书画院常务副院长，苏北画院副院长，老安美术馆馆长，李家信工作室画家；从艺四十余年，创作海系列油画几百幅，均被单位及个人收藏。
