据哈通社11月8日报道，哈萨克斯坦劳动和社会保障部组建了负责开发确定最低工资标准新方法的一个工作组。劳动部称，新方法将确保最低工资标准依照实际情况实现合理、逐步的增长。
哈国2022年的最低工资标准为6万坚戈。2023年1月1日起，该标准将上调为7万坚戈（约合人民币1100元）。哈最低工资标准将在2年间上调65%。其中，2022年上调幅度为41%，2023年为17%。这一决策，将提升大约160万雇工的收入水平。
