观点网讯：9月9日， 新地旗下天水围住宅项目Wetland Seasons Bay第三期已上载售楼说明书，新地代理总经理胡致远表示，很大机会于下周公布首张价单，将涵盖不同户型。
胡致远表示，项目第三期定价将参考第一期及第二期的成交价，现时平均成交呎价逾1.6万港元。于公布首张价单后，料会随即开放现楼单位予公众人士参观。
