三孚新科8月9日公告，公司拟使用自有资金7200万元购买李笑海、陈汉才、谢素玲等共17名自然人合计持有的广州市二轻研究所股份有限公司100%股权。本次交易资金来源为公司自有资金，截至2022年6月30日，公司未经审计的银行存款共1.53亿元，可用于本次交易首期款支付的资金相对充裕。
