近日，美国印第安人肖肖尼部落的一名活动人士在接受采访时表示，美国政府在其印第安原住民同胞居住的家园里进行了900多次核试验，试图对他们进行种族清洗。
有关报道提及，核试验产生了大约62万吨的放射性沉降物，是1945年日本广岛原子弹爆炸后所产生放射性沉降物的近48倍。
据美国印第安国家博物馆介绍，从15世纪末到20世纪初，生活在北美地区的印第安人从500万骤减到25万。
美国，这座高高在上的“人权灯塔”，是如何用刺眼的血光一点点照亮了印第安人“回家”的路？

罪证1：头皮奖励制度
"For the scalp of every male Indian enemy above the age of 12 years, produced as evidence of their being killed, we offer a bounty of $100. For the scalp of every Indian woman and children produced as evidence of their being killed, the bounty is $50." 每上缴一张12岁以上印第安男子的头皮，证明其已被猎杀，可获得100美元赏金，每上缴一张印第安妇女和儿童的头皮，证明其已被猎杀，可获得50美元赏金。
这并不是民间悬赏条例，而是时任美国总统詹姆斯·麦迪逊于1814年颁布的法令。
当时的美国统治者，对印第安人实行不分男女老幼的无差别屠杀。
《美国的种族灭绝》这部恐怖小说，已经连续更新了400多年。
罪证2：天花病毒毯子
美国一直有着优越的医疗条件，但新冠肺炎疫情暴发以来美国却成为最严重的灾区。美国用病毒控制人口、人种的方法，其实是故伎重施。
在美国建国之前，为了抢占当地印第安人的土地和资源，欧洲殖民者把天花患者用过的毯子，送给印第安部落。至少有100万印第安人直接或间接死于殖民者故意传播的天花病毒。
It was mentioned in the book "A History of Infectious Diseases and the Microbial World" that before the founding of the United States, to seize the land and resources of Native Americans, European colonists took blankets used by smallpox patients and gave them to tribes of Native Americans. 罪证3：血泪迁徙后惨遭屠杀
19世纪30年代，在美国政府武力威胁下，居住在美国东部的印第安人被强迫迁移至密西西比河以西地区，成千上万的人因为饥寒交迫或疾病死在路上。
19世纪50年代起，美国政府对印第安人实行“保留地”制度，把印第安人安置在指定的居住地，这些保留地主要位于贫瘠的中西部地区，最大的面积约6.5万平方公里，最小的仅0.5平方公里。
In 1830, the U.S. government passed the Indian Removal Act. Through forceful removal and fraudulent coercion, the US government forcibly relocated 100,000 natives to remote and confined reservations. A large number of Native Americans died along the way.
1862年，时任美国总统亚伯拉罕·林肯颁布《宅地法》，规定每个年满21岁的美国公民只需缴纳10美元登记费，就能在西部获得不超过160英亩（约合64.75公顷）的土地。在土地和赏金的诱惑下，美国人纷纷跑到印第安人所在区域大肆屠杀。
同年12月26日，在林肯的命令下，明尼苏达州曼卡托地区的30多名印第安部落神职人员和政治领袖被绞死，这是美国历史上最大规模的集体死刑。
罪证4：屠杀美洲野牛
美洲野牛是印第安人的文化核心，不仅是最重要的食物来源，他们会用牛皮制作帐篷，用骨头搭建房屋，生活的一切都离不开野牛。
美国为了消灭印第安人，展开对美洲野牛的大规模屠杀，美国著名的威廉·特库赛·谢尔曼将军曾说：“迫使印第安人接受定居的生活方式最迅速的方法就是将所有的野牛都射杀，直到印第安人再也没办法依靠这种动物生活为止。”还有许多军官说道：“每多死一头野牛，就能少一个印第安人。”
美洲野牛的数量从1800年前的近6000万只，减少到1870年的550万只，然而只过了19年，就只剩下不到1000只。
To get rid of the natives more quickly, in the 19th century the Americans launched a mass slaughter of American bison. The American bison population declined from nearly 60 million before 1800 to 5.5 million in 1870, and then to less than 1,000 in 1889.
罪证5：寄宿学校
为了同化印第安人，从文化上抹杀印第安人的身份，美国政府推行“美国化”教育，设立针对印第安人的“保留地”寄宿学校、“保留地”外寄宿学校、劳务培训学校等。
1879年，美国创办第一家针对印第安儿童的寄宿学校，这些儿童不能使用自己的语言，被迫与家人分离，换掉名字，放弃传统服饰。诸如此类的寄宿学校，在全美开了350多家……
In an effort to erase the culture and identity of Native Americans, in 1879, the first boarding school for American Indian children was established in the US. These children were forbidden to use their own languages, forced to separate from their families, change their names, and give up their traditional dress. More than 350 boarding schools like this were established throughout the US.
这些儿童经历着强迫劳动、体罚、军事化管理等种种身体和精神上的虐待，成千上万的印第安儿童在寄宿学校里生病甚至死亡。
These children were subjected to forced labor, corporal punishment, militarization, and other physical and mental abuse. Thousands of American Indian children became ill and died in these boarding schools.
罪证6：埋入核废料
19世纪中期开始，美国政府为继续掠夺印第安人的土地和资源，对印第安人实行保留地政策，将印第安人驱赶到偏远贫瘠的地区，强迫印第安人的生产方式从游牧转变为农耕，资源的贫瘠和生活方式的改变让大量印第安人死于贫困、饥饿和疾病。
20世纪90年代后，美国推行“生态殖民主义”，通过欺骗、强迫的方式，将核废料、工业垃圾等危害人类健康的废料埋入印第安人居住地，引发严重的环境污染，造成许多印第安人死亡。

2020年8月5日，联合国特别报告员根据人权理事会第36/15号决议发布报告指出，美国土著居民面临采掘业、农业和制造业释放或产生的有毒污染物，包括遭受核废料放射性影响，并且采矿废物造成的土壤和铅尘污染对其健康造成的影响远超其他群体。
罪证7：928次核试验
美国的内华达试验场是全球核武器轰炸最多的地方，只不过这里不是荒无人烟的大沙漠，而是印第安人肖肖尼部落的家园。
2009年的一项研究指出，美国的1000多场核武器试验，有928场都是在肖肖尼部落所在地区爆炸。而这些核武器产生的62万吨放射性沉降物，造成了部落上千人死亡，许多原住民罹患癌症。
而根据美国政府记录，从1986年到1994年，内华达试验场一共进行了536场示威活动，一共有37488名参与者和15740人被捕……
“言行一致”的美国总统们
美国是个“言行一致”的国家，对于自己对印第安人的所作所为，被誉为美国“最伟大”的四位总统都下过指令。

“美国必须灭绝印第安人。”

“人权教师爷”打着人权幌子对其他国家指手画脚，频频干涉他国内政，制造地区动乱。美国国务院经常发布各国人权评估报告，却几乎只字不提他们对这块土地上土著居民的不断侵害，再次暴露了美国将人权问题作为政治工具和舆论工具攻击他国的险恶用心。
