呼伦湖国家级自然保护区管理局野生动物繁育救护中心成立于2013年，主要负责呼伦湖国家级自然保护区及呼伦贝尔市范围内的野生动物救护工作、濒危野生动物驯养繁殖、野生动物保护科学研究、国内外学术交流与合作等工作。
窦华山是这里的超级“奶爸”，起早贪黑只为让野生动物寻找安全归宿。他也是“守护者”，十年如一日救助让更多的野生动物“活下去”。
