微信公众号“中国药闻”6月23日消息，近日，国家药品监督管理局通过优先审评审批程序批准江苏豪森药业集团有限公司申报的1类创新药艾米替诺福韦片（商品名：恒沐）上市。该药品是我国自主研发并拥有自主知识产权的创新药，用于慢性乙型肝炎成人患者的治疗。
艾米替诺福韦（Tenofovir Amibufenamide）是替诺福韦的亚磷酰胺药物前体，属于核苷类逆转录酶抑制剂。该品种上市为慢性乙型肝炎患者提供了新的治疗选择。
