日前，青秀区人民检察院依法以涉嫌非法吸收公众存款罪对徐腾、黄志国提起公诉。经审查，被告人徐腾、黄志国违反国家金融管理法律规定，向社会公众吸收资金，数额巨大，应当以非法吸收公众存款罪追究其刑事责任。案件正在进一步办理中。
