地点：路北恒茂城（恒茂金街）
事件：今日凌晨0时许，市公安局、桃城公安分局经过6小时奋战，迅速侦破市区路北某小区一起故意杀人案，犯罪嫌疑人刘某被缉拿归案。
目前，犯罪嫌疑人刘某已被警方依法采取刑事强制措施，案件正在进一步侦办中。
