5月20号，在牡丹江七星街步行街口，两名中年男子打架斗殴。打斗过程中，蓝衣男子还手举证件，高呼自己是“武警”。
然而经审讯得知，蓝衣男子并非武警或武警退役人员，他举起的证件是精神病三级残疾证。因与黑衣男子发生口角，才引发的斗殴行为。
目前两人并无大碍，公安机关正在取证当中。
