配料:干辣椒,葱姜蒜,盐,生抽,耗油,老抽
做法
1:藕去皮洗净切丁备用,葱姜蒜切片:,干辣椒切段。
2:碗中调汁,加一勺生抽,一勺白糖,半勺老抽,半勺蚝油,一勺盐,两勺清水调匀即可
3:热锅凉油,下葱姜蒜,干辣椒爆香后下藕丁翻炒。
4:下料汁,翻炒藕丁断生即可。
