上证报中国证券网讯（记者 闫刘梦）上交所官网信息显示，中信证券2026年面向专业投资者公开发行永续次级债券已于近日获上交所受理，拟注册金额为不超过400亿元，采取分期发行。
经联合资信综合评定，中信证券的主体信用等级为AAA，本次债券的信用等级为AAA，评级展望为稳定。本次债券品种为小公募，由招商证券、广发证券、国投证券担任主承销商。
