8月11日，酷派集团（02369）发布公告，公司全资附属公司Digital Tech于2026年7月30日至8月10日期间，在公开市场收购合计2.48万股MSTR股份（Strategy Inc.），总代价约238万美元，每股均价约96.07美元。
MSTR为纳斯达克上市的比特币财资公司，本次收购完成后，酷派集团持有MSTR约0.01%的已发行股份。
