8月9日，受台风“白海豚”影响，在线旅游平台去哪儿旅行宣布启动应急保障：酒店方面，预订时间在8月9日00:00前，入住日期为8月9日至8月10日的浙江省酒店订单；入住日期为8月9日的福建连江订单；订时间在8月9日11:00前，入住日期为8月9日至8月11日的黄山景区区域订单，去哪儿已开启兜底保障措施，用户可免费取消。
交通方面，目前，去哪儿旅行已收到国航、东航、南航等多家航空公司涉及浙江多城市进出港或经停航班，起飞日期在2026年8月9日(含)—2026年8月10日(含)的机票免费退改政策。
