8月以来普圆市场震荡。监测情况来看，近期下游订单未有明显的好转迹象，不过钢厂生产继续下滑，库存继续维持相对偏低位置，整体普圆市场多数时间维持在供需两弱状态，成本端扰动增加。对于后市，阶段观望情绪仍较浓，需求端仍有好转预期，短期市价或维持主稳。
