白河县气象台2026年08月04日18时17分升级发布暴雨橙色预警信号：过去3小时我县仓上镇、冷水镇、茅坪镇累计降水量已达50毫米以上，预计我县冷水镇、仓上镇、西营镇、茅坪镇、宋家镇、麻虎镇、双丰镇未来3小时内降雨量将达50毫米以上，最大小时雨强20-40毫米，由于前期累计雨量大，请注意防范山洪、泥石流、滑坡和崩塌等次生灾害。（预警信息来源：国家预警信息发布中心）
