7月27日，科瑞思（301314）发布公告，公司将募投项目“高端全自动精密磁性元器件绕线设备技术升级及扩充项目”和“创新研发中心项目”的项目达到预定可使用状态日期由2026年7月31日调整至2027年1月31日。
公告提到，公司将上述两个募投项目延期，是根据项目实际实施情况作出的审慎安排。截至公告披露日，项目仍需必要的建设周期。
2026年一季度，科瑞思实现收入4252万元，归母净利润102万元。
