受今年第9号台风“巴威”影响，预计今天夜里到13日，上海市陆地阵风将继续增强到8-10级，高层建筑和沿江沿海地区阵风9-11级，上海市气象台于2026年7月11日14时30分更新上海市台风蓝色预警信号为台风黄色预警信号。市防汛指挥部决定同步将全市防汛防台Ⅳ级响应行动更新为全市防汛防台Ⅲ级响应行动。
