记者从杭州市林水局获悉，今天15时起，余杭区四岭水库开闸泄洪，按30立方米/秒下泄，计划20时加大至40立方米/秒；16时，临安区水涛庄水库以30立方米/秒下泄，19时加大至40立方米/秒，全力为“巴威”台风防御预腾库容。
