【中恒集团：拟1亿元至2亿元回购股份用于注销】财联社7月7日电，中恒集团(600252.SH)公告称，公司拟以自有资金或自筹资金，通过集中竞价交易方式回购股份，回购金额不低于1亿元且不超过2亿元，回购价格不超过3.04元/股。回购股份将全部用于注销并减少公司注册资本，实施期限为股东会审议通过后6个月内。
