7月7日，据小迪快报消息，比亚迪半导体 BMS AFE 芯片出货量突破 1 亿颗！2021 年，比亚迪 BF8915A-1 诞生，该芯片也是国内首款量产装车的车规级 BMS AFE（电池管理模拟前端）芯片。随后，该系列芯片取得国产车规级 BMS AFE 芯片出货量、装车量双第一，累计出货量突破 1 亿颗。
