展台两大线上“便民神器”同步展出:SinoGuide App 集成支付、打车、实时翻译功能,扫码即可下载;12367 多语种服务平台微信、支付宝小程序均可登录,7×24 小时在线答疑。现场还免费发放双语办事手册,涵盖办证、就业、医疗、汉语学习等内容,配套文创周边免费赠送。
Two core digital tools are displayed at the booth: The SinoGuide App integrates payment, ride-hailing, and real-time translation functions. Simply scan the QR code to download it. The multilingual 12367 Service Platform is accessible on WeChat and Alipay mini-programs with round-the-clock consultation. Free bilingual handbooks covering paperwork, employment, medical care and Chinese learning, together with souvenirs, are available for all visitors.
