6月19日，重庆地铁9号线一名乘客双手双脚挂在扶手上，该名乘客先将双腿搭在扶手上，并用手拉住扶手后反复上下拉。
对此，重庆地铁客服人员回应，这种不文明行为是严禁的，如果乘客发现第一时间给客服打电话，会有工作人员上车制止，以免发生不安全的现象。目前，地铁公司正根据乘客提供的信息，对该名乘客的身份及具体情况进行核查。
