BTF 3.0 主机采用了 iGame RTX 50 Ultra Z 系列隐藏式供电接口显卡、iGame Z890M ULTRA-Z V20 接口背置 + GC-HPWR 显卡供电 + 50-Pin 金手指供电主板、iGame P850W Ultra Z BTF3.0 数字电源，此外还有配套的 iGame LQ360 Ultra Z BTF3.0 短管水冷与 iGame C26MA Ultra Z BTF3.0“悬浮岛”机箱。
