据中央气象台预报，6月8日至9日，福建、广东、云南中西部有大到暴雨，部分地区大暴雨、局地特大暴雨，山洪和地质灾害、中小河流洪水以及城市内涝等灾害风险较高。根据《国家防汛抗旱应急预案》及有关规定，国家防总于6月8日10时针对福建、广东、云南三省启动防汛四级应急响应。（央视新闻）
