新华社雅加达5月15日电（记者高竹 李斯博）印度尼西亚警方15日表示，印尼西苏门答腊省西均琼县一处非法金矿附近14日发生山体滑坡，造成9人死亡。
目击者说，该金矿靠近一处山崖，滑坡发生时，数名矿工正在作业，多人被掩埋。目前，遇难者遗体已被安葬。
受山体滑坡等因素影响，印尼矿难事故时有发生，雨季尤为多发。（完）
