中国航空新闻网讯：据外媒5月14日报道，美国eVTOL龙头企业Archer航空新近披露，在阿联酋开展商业空中出租车业务，但该计划采用的是限制性型号合格证（RTC），而RTC通常意味着存在诸多运营限制。
据悉，Archer于5月7日宣布，该公司与阿联酋民航总局（GCAA）已达成协议，将旗下Midnight飞机纳入限制性型号合格证项目流程，从而推进该飞机在阿联酋投入运营的监管审批进程。
