5月15日，嘉和美康（688246）发布公告，因个人原因，臧一博辞去证券事务代表职务，辞职后将不再担任公司任何职务。辞职申请自辞职报告送达董事会之日起生效。
公司于2026年5月15日召开董事会，同意聘任王鑫怡为新的证券事务代表，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至公司第五届董事会任期届满。
2026年一季度，嘉和美康实现收入8478万元，归母净利润-1432万元。
