当地时间14日，匈牙利解除“战争紧急状态”。
2022年5月，时任匈牙利总理欧尔班表示，因同年2月24日爆发的俄乌冲突，全国进入紧急状态。此后，国会多次授权政府将紧急状态延长180天，直至2026年5月13日。
匈牙利《基本法》规定三种特殊法律情形：战争状态、紧急状态和危险状态，在此三种情况下，政府有权颁布法令。
