北京商报讯（记者李秀梅）5月14日，小康人寿保险有限责任公司（以下简称"小康人寿"）公告，小康人寿现股东贵州贵星汽车销售服务有限公司拟将其所持有的全部公司股权（7%）转让给新股东西藏骏杰投资有限公司。
上述变更股东事项待国家金融监督管理总局上海监管局批准后生效。
