格隆汇5月14日｜Realtor.com数据显示，美国要约租金连续第33个月录得同比下跌，新建多户型住宅增长强劲，预示租客后续有望继续受惠。报告指，4月美国50个最大都会区的中位要约租金同比跌1.7%至1673美元。Realtor.com首席经济师Danielle Hale表示，过去近三年不少租客已获得明显纾缓，虽然落成量放缓，但前瞻指标对租客有利。今年首季新多户型动工量大增近20%，通常需时一至两年入市，意味供应管道将持续对租金带来下行压力直至2027年。
