5月13日，复旦张江（688505/01349）发布公告，秦蕾因个人原因，申请辞去副总经理职务，辞任后将不再担任公司其他任何职务。秦蕾正在与相关员工办理工作交接手续，其正式离任时间为2026年5月27日。
2026年一季度，复旦张江实现收入1.49亿元，归母净利润771万元。
