5月10日，据北京市住建委消息，位于昌平东小口的龍樾海序取得了预售许可证，备案名为樾序海苑。预计5月16号开盘。
此次除了西南角的13号楼，其余12栋楼837套房源均取证，拟售均价约为5.9-6.9万元/平方米。项目容积率2.8，整体规划了13栋住宅楼（包含6栋洋房+7栋小高层），一共907套房源。户型建面68㎡两居-122㎡四居。
