GBA集团（00261）发布公告，于2026年5月11日，公司议决根据公司于2025年7月7日采纳的股份期权计划向10名合资格参与人授出股份期权以认购公司股本中每股面值0.04港元合共2368万股普通股股份，相当于本公布日期公司已发行股本约8.31%，惟授出的股份期权须待获授人接纳。
