财联社5月11日电，特宝生物(688278.SH)公告称，公司拟以集中竞价交易方式回购股份，回购金额不低于3亿元(含)，不超过5亿元(含)，回购价格不超过85元/股。回购股份将用于员工持股计划及/或股权激励，或用于转换公司发行的可转债。回购期限自董事会审议通过之日起12个月内。
