新浪科技讯 5月11日午间消息，近日，影石创新董事长刘靖康在朋友圈发文称：“一号位一周的日历就是能装载的上下文，每周reboot，上下文装的越多，越杂，这一周就越失焦产出越低。”
刘靖康强调，“回过头看（虽然是我讨厌的归纳法），真正有用的其实只有少数事情，大部分事情是没用的。所以一号位的职责是思考清楚真正有用的几件事情是什么，并且PDCA好，以及把持续压缩好的远期上下文和planning做好markdown。”
