4月22日，酒钢宏兴（600307）发布公告，因职务调整，高欣申请辞去财务总监兼董事会秘书职务，辞职后高欣将不在公司担任任何职务。
同时，公司于2026年4月21日召开第九届董事会第四次会议，同意聘任慈庚申为公司董事会秘书及财务总监。
2026年一季度，酒钢宏兴实现收入69.79亿元，归母净利润-1.82亿元。
