中电鑫龙（002298）发布公告，宣布公司于2026年4月21日召开第十届董事会第六次会议，审议通过了《关于聘任公司证券事务代表的议案》。
会议同意聘任贾鹏程为公司证券事务代表，任期自董事会会议审议通过之日起至公司第十届董事会届满之日止。贾鹏程尚未取得深圳证券交易所颁发的董事会秘书任职培训证明，但承诺将于近期参加培训并取得相关证明。
2026年一季度，中电鑫龙实现收入4.13亿元，归母净利润4295万元。
