4月20日， 沈阳市抗美援朝烈士陵园管理中心发布公告称， 为保障第十三批在韩中国人民志愿军烈士遗骸迎回安葬工作顺利进行，沈阳抗美援朝烈士陵园将于4月21日12:00闭园、闭馆，4月23日11:30恢复开放。闭园、闭馆期间不再接待公众参观。
