预计，4月19日14时-20日20时，24个区县部分中小河流有涨水风险。
风险较高：北碚、两江新区、江津、南川、长寿、涪陵、垫江、丰都、梁平、忠县、万州、武隆、彭水、石柱、黔江、酉阳。
有一定风险：南岸、巴南、合川、永川、綦江、万盛、开州、秀山。
